Having been in the Employee Benefits industry since 1990 has given me broad experience as a public speaker. I have educated thousand of employees and hundreds of companies about their specific employee benefit or fringe benefit package. Including specialized training to employers and employee's communication skills through Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP.
